Trusticks is a luxury watch marketplace designed to support both private collectors and professional dealers within a single, trusted environment.
The platform was built to handle complex discovery, high-value transactions, and cross-border trust requirements, while keeping the experience approachable for everyday users.

The focus of this project was to balance depth and clarity — making it easy to explore, evaluate, and transact without overwhelming users with unnecessary friction.

Trusticks needed to scale a premium marketplace where confidence and trust are essential to every decision.
However, presenting a wide inventory across brands, models, conditions, and sellers introduced complexity.
Users had to compare options, assess credibility, and understand value without feeling uncertain or overloaded.

1. Structured product discovery and navigation - Brands, categories, and filters were reorganized into predictable browsing paths, allowing users to narrow large inventories confidently and without cognitive overload.
2. Trust-forward product and seller presentation - Key signals such as condition details, seller credibility, pricing transparency, and delivery context were surfaced intentionally to support informed decision-making.
